The Rolling Stones - Juke Box Jury, June 27, 1964
Very brief excerpt of the Stones on BBC TV's Juke Box Jury in 1964.
The band were criticised for giving negative reviews but here they give a positive review of "Tobacco Road" by the Nashville Teens.

The guitars are absolutely monstrous on this! The 65 Gibson SG andThe Flying V duel attack is next level🤘
When American made craftsmanship was still important
There's your answer about who's better...
The Beatles were and are always forever hands down world’s better than The Stones.
This song is actually so incredibly wrong these years! But then it was possible. We must also say that the Rolling Stones have always behaved properly and there is no one, no woman, who says that something happened against her will. They also used drugs that would destroy entire stables of horses. But there has never been anyone who could no longer cope, a concert that didn't go ahead, not starting a performance on time. Keith says about that; "its in the genes".
No of no other musician who seems so totally in his element when he's performing
A classy man and the greatest rock n' roll drummer! RIP Charlie, you are the best.
Happy Belated Birthday Dear Charlie. 🎉 ua-cam.com/video/WpZl7YQepjo/v-deo.htmlsi=e6dB_gx8H5jp4M8p
One of a kind RIP
I was at that studio in 1984 AIR Studios Montserrat, BWI Recording In Paradise Now, a volcanic mess
Very diplomatic 😂
Think he hade smoke something in tjis intervju 😅see that in his eyes.Littel strengh way he sitt on the cough sova lije a indish man❤he like India very much and the yoga they have there.❤❤❤❤buth he is lowely to listen ath❤❤😊
This re-arrangement would've fit nicely onto 'Between The Buttons'!
Yes 👏!!! Thank you Keith 🎸👍💥Charlie 🥁Mick Brian Bill 🎶🎼
0:33 hola q tal?
Just magic!
Why did Grams version with the flying burrito brothers published in 1970 as opposed to the stones publishing nerve version in 1973 ?
Wow ! Gotta Luv the Stones !
Chess studio 1965
Brian was a difficult, self-destructive personality. It’s a tragedy the way he deteriorated and died at such a young age. But Stu’s assessment seems fair. Ronnie Wood has had no trouble fitting in these last 50-odd years.
Detroit version, same year, superior
Siempre estaras en mi corazon compadre Crarlie. Watts ❤❤❤❤❤
That footage of the volcano is errie as it would soon explode taking the studio and most of the island with it. That's showbiz.
Indémodable avec les années, à 66ans je m'en lasse pas. Merci you Tube , on s'en dort doucement avec les stones. Quelle plaisir pour les anciens
rutles didnt have stones depth too much pop dont care what rutles fans think
Watching these guys write: amazing. Like the clip where Paul McCartney writes "Get Back." It's musicianship, genius, and magic.
I seen the Stones in 89 at Busch Stadium St Louis. I was wishing Chuck Berry would show up and do a couple tunes with them. He didn't ,but his Piano player-Johnny Johnson did. It was great, but I wish Chuck would have. Afterall he was from STL.
I was there too! Living Color opened for them.
Wonder if charlie ever ate a wonka bar before a show! 😂😂see you on the other side bro ! 👍
A big performance!
Love this guy! 😀
Monkey man is not a preference. But I like this restrained off-beat strike, which is where Charlie comes in. 🤩
This is Bloody Magnificent 👏👏👏
keith, te amo
Jack Bruce on bass & Charlie Watts on drums!!! Wow.
Thanks. Listened so many times. Had the privilege of seeing them more than once at Eel Pie Island. 😎
Me too...Newcastle Brown Ale...Still got my membership card..Licensed to cut a rug.
I love mick lol☺️
God, i miss Mr Watts. One of my kids is a drummer, and he really thought Charlie was the greatest!
I was there...and also saw the two dress rehearsals in days prior!
I love the Stones but Gram’s version is my favourite. Wild horses by flying burrito brothers was my wedding song. RIP Gram
a very punk version
Rip charlie ❤miss u every day

Keith and Charlie get down lol
Voor lieve Laura 🎉🎉🎉😅😊
He gave me my first guitar, the red fender bronco in "I know its only..." He also told me to stop listening to Kizz and listen to the Stones instead when I was about 12, because my mum asked him to have a talk to me about the crappy bands I was listening to then. I was offended and sick and tired of my parents complaining about my musical taste, so I asked "Why?" He replied "Because one band swings and the other doesnt!" Offended I replied "Exactly!" He rolled his eyes and my mum said "Oh for gods sake!" and I walked away
Love Keith! But he was mess this concert 😅
The ONE & ONLY ROLLING STONES!💯☝️🎶🕺🎤🎸🌟👑👅👅👅👅👅👅👅
Ornette Coleman as well, 1973
I imagine young Brian, Mick and Keith with mouth open just wanting to do it
Don’t know why this reminded me of Ron Weasley. Similar accent/voice
Still had the dirtiest line in it.
